As a company, VolkerWessels Telecom was interested in becoming a more data-driven organisation. However, the necessary steps for this transformation were not yet clear.
Solution
After interviewing different stakeholders and analyzing the current environment, a strategy was made, which consisted of both a short- and long term plan.
This resulted in building up a team of data experts, demonstrating the value of data-driven working in the whole organization through workshops and inspiration sessions, executing the first data science pilots to gain traction and change workflows and processes in order to stimulate data-driven working.
